I don't read chinese, but http://www.lpi.org.hk has the lpi.org look 
and feel, and some content. I have contacted them about helping with 
the chinese translation of lpi.org which has been started, but none of 
the translations have been approved. Once I hear back from them we'll 
either fix that link or change it to www.lpi.org/zh_tw/home.html.

If anyone can help translate the site to chinese (or any other language
