SuSE 103 and 203 Exams?

I'm trying to find information on the SuSE 103/203 exams.
I can't find anything on SuSE's site.

Are they the outgrowth of the former LPI-UnitedLinux plans?
I understand that was an UnitedLinux effort, based on LPI's
track (and LPI was not directly involved).

Just looking for information.
