What you have stumbled upon is the fact that once a JTA survey is 
finished by
a candidate, you can add more.

Apparently, some people aren't adding them very well :)

I'll go in and delete some of these.


PS - the LPIC-1 survey is closing soon, so please do it this weekend, if you
can.


PPS - the LPIC-2 survey is closing shortly after, so please do that one, 
too :)
