That's the point. LPI's policy hasn't allowed that,
and LPI-DE tried to put through those rights anyhow
by tiresome business contract negotiations, instead of
discussing the general affiliate concept on lpi-intl
or with the LPI-staff.
I myself don't know in which direction the LPI project
will go wrt affiliates. It's up to these kind of
discussions to find reasons for changes or for none
respectively.
