[lpi-discuss] Creating a new list

[Emiliano Francisco Spinella]

Hello!

My name is Emiliano Francisco Spinella and I'm from Buenos Aires -Argentina.

I noticed there were several country lists and I'd like very much to create 
lpi-argentina list. Would it be possible?

I sent an email to mailman at list.lpi.org but I got it back since the accound 
doesn't seem to exist.
