[lpi-discuss] Failure rates at LPI exams

You can get an estimate from 
http://www.lpi.org/en/lpi/english/news/news/lpi_certifications_exceed_30_000_worldwide, 
although there's no breakdown by individual exam. With two exams per 
certification, this supports the 66% estimate
