This sounds like a great plan.

While there will of course need to be quality and security safeguards in
place any time a training centre is also involved in testing, that is
certainly doable and well worth the potential advantage. This action
sounds like a very effective way to make LPI's program more accessible
in a region where open source is growing strongly.
