The O'Reilly book 3rd edition has only been updated for 101 / 102 so far
in a "rough cuts" version. There are plans to update but no dates or
definite plans have been announced.
I told a colleague to buy version 2 and
the IBM series for the LPI exams (again outdated but being updated)
http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/linux/lpi/201.html
and have a read of this guide (again outdated but...):
http://www.nongnu.org/lpi-manuals/lpi-201/html/index.html
and ask lots of questions and get a lot of practice
