Gut feel -- it will be a good thing to consider for the next revision.
Extrapolating from previous revision cycles, that might happen in 2012.

However, it is significant that RHEL 6 does --not-- include GRUB 2, and
I gather it might not even make it into Fedora until at least Fedora 17,
which I guess would happen in '12. So if there is a change, I'd guess
both would still be part of the exams. LILO is still included, after
all.
